Livery

Livery horses at Grove Farm Equestrian

Grove Farm Equestrian offers part and full livery with horses cared for by experienced and knowledgeable staff. All livery clients have access to staff for support and advice when needed.

The yard operates a comprehensive worming programme with worm counts and wormers charged at cost.

All livery clients can enjoy free use of the show jump paddock and grass dressage arenas (excluding wet winter months), off-road hacking, use of wash down and tie up areas, kitchen and toilet in the main yard.

Part Livery

Part livery includes:

  • Modern, top quality, well ventilated stable with rubber matting and automatic drinker
  • Individual, pairs or small herd turnout
  • Mucking out and provision of bedding (3 bales straw or 1 bale shavings per week)
  • Turn out, bring in, feet picked out, legs washed off, rug changes
  • Night checks
  • Feed, hay or haylage
  • Feeding of feed supplements provided by livery client
  • Medicine administration when required
  • Secure tack room
  • Feed room
  • Free use of outdoor floodlit school, horse walker, trailer and lorry parking
  • Use of indoor school at additional cost

Full Livery

Full livery includes:

  • All facilities and services provided for part livery
  • Daily grooming
  • Weekly tack clean

The staff at Grove Farm Equestrian are also able to offer other paid services to livery clients such as exercising, lunging, clipping, plaiting, show preparation, etc.

Grove Farm Equestrian are also able to offer breaking and schooling livery in conjunction with Mark Smith of MS Jump.
